Parent Resources
CampInTouch is the secure online hub we use to get your son registered for camp and to help you stay connected and informed during the camp session. Through CampInTouch, you can complete forms, view your camper’s photo gallery, and send one-way emails to your child. It’s also where you’ll find important updates and reminders both before and during the camp session.
Before camp starts, you’ll use CampInTouch to fill out required health forms and other documents we need to ensure a smooth and safe experience for your child. You can also update contact information and preferences at any time.
Once camp is underway, CampInTouch becomes your go-to space for staying in touch. Each day, our team uploads photos so you can catch glimpses of your camper in action. You can also send one-way emails, which we print and deliver to your child—no stamps or trips to the post office required.
We recommend checking your CampInTouch account regularly before and during your child’s stay. CampInTouch helps us keep you in the loop and gives you a window into camp life—so you can share in the joy, even from afar.
Dress Code

We've got a very simple dress code at Stewart, one that makes it easy to pack and easy to plan.
Campers wear the traditional white t shirt with the orange star and bucking horse logo and orange Stewart shorts. There is only once choice for the t shirt, but the shorts come in mesh or a poly “Chubbies” style.
Your camper will need a set for each day at camp. Laundry goes out once a week, but it is on scheduled days so your camper may need more than 7. We recommend 8-10 sets. These can be purchased in our online store.

Helpful Hints
Yes, you do need two laundry bags. One is for sending the laundry out and one is for dirty clothes while the others are at the laundry. Laundry is sent out about once a week but may not go out for up to 10 days the first time. Please order plenty of sets of uniforms.
Please mark everything clearly with full name (please no initials or just first name; Sharpie marker on tags works best). Please even label underwear and socks. Thanks!
Don’t send more to camp than your camper can keep up with.
Don’t send anything special or expensive to camp. Please do not send anything you will be sad to lose. Things get lost at camp!
You might want to make a list of everything you put into your camper’s trunk. Keep the list and insert a copy of the list in a sheet protector and tape or thumbtack it to the inside top of your camper’s trunk.
REMEMBER:
No cell phones, tablets, computers, cameras (digital or disposable), TVs or other technology items. Camp is a time to escape from technology overload. AM/FM radios with earphones are suggested – remember batteries!
Also, please remember not to pack food or candy. We have ants!
Please read carefully and pack anything your camper will need for the entire term. While many things can be purchased in the Canteen, we are not allowing any mailed packages to campers.
Opening Day Procedures
Full Term and Two-Week A Sessions
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Arrival
For first two week and full terms, when you arrive, enter the camp through the main gate and head straight down the line of trees.
This is where you will get name tags and check in with nurses. At that time you’ll drop off any medicines and forms with the nurse.
Then your camper will be directed to his cabin drop-off area where he'll meet his counselor and get unloaded. While your camper meets his counselors and spends time getting acclimated to his cabin, you will drop off luggage.
After dropping off trunks at the cabin, you can head to the Canteen area if you have any packages to pick up or need any last minute gear. This is also where you will drop off your camper’s Christmas gift if he is going to be at camp on June 25 or July 25. More info on this when you log in to CampIn Touch.
Two-Week B Sessions
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Arrival
For the two-week B terms, you will go straight to the canteen area to collect your name tag and check in with the nurses. We will direct you to cabins from there, to meet your counselor and unpack.
No Pets Please!
Please do not bring your pets on opening or closing day! We love furry friends, but we are not able to have them here at camp during drop off or pick up times. Thank you for understanding and helping us stay safe and compliant!
